"These people are thieves. I placed a deposit but decided I didn't want the place because it was not suitable for living. Now they don't want to return my deposit. These people are trash. If I don't want the place, my money should be returned. The $40 was used to run a check on the app fee, the deposit is to hold the place. Don't need to hold it. I don't want it. I need my money, thieves."

I feel this is a great complex to live in from the time I walked in with questions Pam was right there warm-hearted waiting to help. The apartments are really nice size compared to others and wonderful closet space. Looking forward to hopefully moving in and working with her more !"

"Apartment manager is extremely disrespectful. On the 03/22/16 I came to my brother's apartment at 6am after getting off work to tell him Happy birthday. At 7am I go outside to leave and my car and along with a few residents were towed illegally. When I went to the office to get information on the tow company. the manager (some older Caucasian lady) told me she didn't know anything and she didn't care to help me. She said a notice was sent out, now when said notice was presented it stated 03/23/16 that the parking lot would be renovated and to not have any cars present. The tow service pulled back into the parking lot and I attempted to ask him to stop the tow and let me try to get my car. He threatened to shoot me and my brother because we asked him for the number to his office (auto tow and recovery kcmo off of i 435). The manager then proceeded to call the police claiming we threatened her when we were completely calm and reasonable. All in all don't deal with them because if a serious situation happens the office won't attempt to help you resolve the problem or respect you if you're of African descent. It's crazy how we get treated like animals in our own communities. I hope God pardons their souls"

"if I could give 0 out of 5 I would. RUN AWAY FAST. The owners are fantastic but live out of state so nothing gets done maintenance wise unless the owner is in town. Apartment manager is EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful; she would rather play games on the computer and eat food than listen to what you have to say. They raised the rent $50-$75 for renovations but no renovations have been made. A lot of false promises made to the tenants by the new company and only 1 has been kept. Terrible place to live unless you're content living in a ran down, ghetto residence and enjoy mice!"
