Days Inn by Wyndham near Kansas Speedway

"To start with, after booking my reservation and paying for it I arrive to find out that I need to pay a $150 deposit. No where on the app. indicates that there will be any other fees. I'm assured I will get my deposit back if there are no incidentals. Second. Too many Cockroachese to flush down the tolet. Third, the floor inside the bathroom and entry way felt like I was going to fall through the floor. The wall between the bathroom and the bedroom looks like it's separated from the floor allowing more cocroches to enter. Fourth, checkout is at 11Am, but they forced me out to finally spray for the cocroches. The thing of it was I needed to get a couple of hours sleep before I checkout, (as I work the night shift) before I drove the 5 and a half hours home."

"Stayed here last weekend with my sister. We needed a weekend away from life and we had a great time at the pool. Staff was friendly and accommodating. They're reasonably priced. We'd definitely come back again!"

"We stayed Friday night, Jan 19, 2024. Got in late and felt like a sauna before we opened the door. The heater wouldn’t turn off automatically, kept running. We had to unplug it just to cool off. In the morning, took a shower and there was only one set of towels and it was me and my husband. The shower curtain rod was bent and the curtain kept sliding to the middle. I get out and the floor ends up being soaked. Then the blow dryer didn’t work. (Of course, the one time I didn’t bring mine). Went down to let the manager know and asked for a blow dryer. It was freezing cold temperatures outside so I wanted to dry my hair. It took about 20 min or so and gave me, what he thought was a dryer, walked back up to the room and opened to find an iron. Came back down. After all this, no discount off of our stay. We will never, EVER stay there again!!!"

"Love it. Staff has always been polite, and friendly to me. Hotel may be short on supplies, and have other issues, mostly related to the discrepancy of previous guests, understandably. Ive read some of these other reviews, and i guess my stay here has just been lucky, as I have not experienced anything near to what everyone else is complaining about. I am glad, and hope others have as pleasant an experience as i have, not one in the aftermath of disrespectful hotel guests who ruin rooms."

"Room was not clean. Hair in bathtub, dirty sink, stained bed linen. Breakfast was horrible. Crock pot with sausage gravy looked like it had not been cleaned for days. Gravy, biscuits, and sausage links were cold. When I complained that the food was cold, I was told to go use a microwave. This was a dirty hotel with many short comings. I will never stay again."
