"Rooms could be cleaned better. Fridge was dirty. Had to clean desk area before using"

"When I checked in, I informed the front desk that the room was very hot, damp, humid and smelled of mildew. I was informed the hotel was full and I could not be moved. The front desk agreed to change the sheets so they would be dry. I left to attend the soccer game, and when I returned, it was very hot and humid again in the room. The front desk worker sent up a maintenance worker right away who agreed the room smelled. He fixed the A/C for a bit, but it broke again 10 minutes later. The third time I reported it to the front desk, I was offered two fans, a bottle of febreeze, and was assured the General Manager would call me the next day to provide a partial refund of $100. (I paid well over 200 for the room, and another 200 for the other room). The next day I was not contacted, and today I was informed by the GM Andy Kemper that I will not be refunded because I should have checked out and found another hotel if it was so hot and could not be moved. He offered me 3,000 rewards points but provided no solution and only blamed me. I will be filing a dispute with my bank to hopefully receive some money back. Unacceptable for the price I paid."

"The location is great, very close to restaurants and shopping. The legends is right there, you won't be short on things to do. The hotel staff was lovely, the rooms were decent. It's a place to stay, when I'm traveling I don't want to be in my hotel room all day, I want to be out exploring and seeing the area. The hotel serves the purpose it is meant for."

"Our room had fleas!! Got ready for bed and took my socks off and noticed my feet were itchy Looked down and had many fleas jumping all over me. They were all over the carpet. You couldn’t walk barefoot on it without a flea jumping on you. Let the front desk know and they asked for the picture of the fleas we took Said a manager would call, have heard nothing. Only things good id say is it’s in a good area and the AC worked well. Otherwise Room smelled musty and fleas were all over that carpet and our feet. We are all bitten up."

"Who's giving this place 5 stars? Yikes. Many of the rooms smell like moldy, damp, stale cigarette smoke. Walls/ceilings are *thin* so if you've got neighbors or someone in a room above you, you'll hear everything. Wall thermostats are disconnected, so you use the controls on the HVAC unit under the window. Toilets don't flush very well. Internet is essentially unusable - it's so unbelievably slow. Location isn't great unless you're here for a race. Otherwise, you're 30+ minutes from anything in the city. Parking lot feels sketchy at night. For what this place costs per night, it needs to be a lot better."
