"Moved out and am getting a $0 deposit refund. I clean houses for a living, and they are saying that I have outstanding balances and a cleaning fee. I have paid every months rent on time. To top it off, I paid an extra $200 a month to have a fireplace, which they covered up with a bookshelf during my second to last month living there. No deduction from my monthly fees was ever received. This place is a joke. Don’t move in here. You will get scammed."

"Manager okay. That 1 star. Make sure you check offender site before moving in. Banging all hours of night. There are people walking drunk and being loud in parking lot at night. I see some guy a few weeks ago shooting drugs by dumpster. Car get broken into. Zero security. A lot drugs. You get high walking on stairs. No kid friendly. One guy keep yelling at kids. Kids to loud outside in daytime. He fights with lady near him and yells at her about kids to. He also on the offenders site so dont rent near him. If you have kids he harrass them. Dumpster overflow a lot. No parking by building. Rent to much for bad area. Add to say security fix most problems. Please add security."

"I absolutely love my apartment . My grandkids have met new friends and go OUTSIDE instead of being inside. Not met one rude person yet. Very quite and our Manger and maintenance are on it. Respond to my emails almost immediately. And I feel safe here. And I love seing the pets that live here. Do not regret moving here. And my apartment is awesome"

"I've been here 6+ months and I couldn't ask for a better property manager Angela and her team are amazing!! I am very pleased with my unit everything was updated when I moved in. My a/c went out this summer and a new unit was replaced inside and outside. Our maintenance team is phenomenal. Every issue I have they have resolved immediately. I would highly recommend skyline apartments. A lot of remodeling has occured since I have been here they are currently working on the pool. Great job Angela and team keep up the amazing work."
