"I applied during COVID, got my name on the list, met with someone who was very nice matter of fact they were all nice. I gave all my information plus a deposit and I was approved. This is 2022 so you know how long ago it has been. Still NOTHING! Every so often I would get a text when I was going to be able to move in. Those dates came and went. I still have not seen my unit. Finally I just sent them a text and told them to take me off the list. I got tired of the run around and the promises. Even if they would come clean and just tell you what's going on I probably would have stayed on the list. It's still listed they have units available....but when? It coming up on 2023!"

"I'm not just giving it two stars based on location since it's conveniently located (although it is in a bad location but hey crimes everywhere!)and the fact that its newly built which I really like, plus is has a washer/dryer hookup in the units which is a nice luxury.... I'm giving them two stars because they aren't ready yet which from looking at the sign, it says summer 2021 but it's already spring 2022! Not to mention I never can get ahold of anyone when I call to see when they will be, nor do I even know where the main office is to apply and I couldn't access it online. This is a disaster, here I am a good tenant who has more then enough income to qualify but the way they do business makes no sense. I know they have vacancies, so when will they be ready and how can I apply before they are all filled?"

"I applied and went through the process with the leasing agent (who is extremely nice, none of this is her fault). They went through a weeks-long process of misunderstanding my income because their spreadsheet miscalculated my pay. I get 2 paychecks per month. 24 per year. Their system keeps giving me 25 paychecks. My company's HR rep spent an hour on the phone explaining to them the exact amount of paychecks I get, the exact amount of money I make per year, etc. I sent them paystubs, bank statements, you name it. Boulevard Lofts knows that I qualify. Boulevard Lofts knows that their spreadsheet is miscalculating. Their official response? *I am sorry, but according to our spreadsheet, you do not qualify based on your income*. So if you want to live here, make sure that you are at least 1 full paycheck under their annual income limit, otherwise their broken system will reject you. And they won't bother doing the math themselves."

"My experience with the property manager has been more than delightful. I can't Express how much she's went Above and beyond to get me into the apartment. Has there been any delays yes! But NOT due to any FAULTS of hers. I've sat in her office and watched her take care of others as well as myself (2) phones . Making sure that everyone she comes in contact with is getting their taken care of. Keeping me updated and informed. I TRULY APPRECIATE YOU!! Woman of God"

"I haven't been approved yet fingers crossed, for an approval but the property manager I met with today went above and beyond to help me. She listened to my concerns about the place I currently reside at and she went above and beyond to assist me. She made my whole experiences. I have some hiccups in regards to my credit but she is still trying to assist me. My experience with her was phenomenal . Great job keep it up!"
