The director goes above and beyond to ensure the staff is trained and engaged in the development of the children. Ms. Joni in the preschool room is so good with the kids. The meal plan is well thought out and balanced. The teachers all care and create a structured and fun learning environment. I have a very strong willed child and they do a fantastic job of redirecting her energy for good. They find ways to promote and appreciate her uniqueness as opposed to diminishing her shine.
