"I love my place very quiet peaceful nobody bothers nobody pretty much almost everybody minds their own business passing through the Halls very respectful lot of elderly people here some young mostly elderly including myself I'm not getting no younger but I enjoy it"

"I am giving the river 3 out of 5 stars. I have lived here over 2 years and it's not nearly as bad as I expected it to be. Rent varies from tenet to tenet some pay more or the lucky pay less. I was up for my lease renewal and got bumped up by $20 and I asked around if anyone elses went up and I was the only one. There was another charge brought from the office say I had to pay $150 to move apartments and again I was the only lucky one. I paid the fees because I didn't want problems from management. On the other hand the office has graciously helped me out a time or to. I needed new bedding and my office manager bought me a bed and then let me make payments, another time or few I didn't have laundry $ so the office through me a roll of quarters. So far this sounds good right? Well if you are applying for the river you are more than likely looking to rent because of eviction or criminal history. This was my saving grace otherwise I would have been on the streets.Yes the rent is high,the manager yells & the property owner makes a killing and like every other apartment houses a registered sex offender. One really good thing is all hallways have working cameras so this helps with crime. No kids are allowed to live here because of offenders."

"Wasn't sure when I moved in.But I have to say that I love my little studio.The Apt Manager Lesa is F###in AWSOME.She is so great.Not a problem she won't try to help get fixed.Matinence fixes any they need quickly.Thanks David!!It gets a little loud at times,not close to anything.Rent is a little high to me. It's perfect for me and my dog. Even has security at nights.Thanks Jeff!!"
