"Unless you want to live in nasty, moldy, and roach infested units then I say go ahead and apply. They dont take care of their units. My outlet to my stove exploded and it happened in july and they never fixed the outlet. My wall constantly had water coming in from rain water and the condesation from the a/c. It leaked so much and so bad that it cause BLACK MOLD in the unit and the baseboard heater fell off the wall. They want to charge almost $900 in rent for a studio but they cant fix nothing. Oh btw I had no heat the ENTIRE time I lived there. I had to use my stove for heat and when I lived in a previous unit that one also flooded. Me and my daughter was walking through standing water that constantly flowed out of the bathroom wall, freezing, ice cold water, in the middle of winter. I have had bronchitis multiple times because of the black mold in the units and laundry rooms. Dont let them fool you. Dont rent here."

"I moved in July 15th. Upon move in, there was no hot water in the kitchen sink, no hot water in the bathroom sink. I had a ceiling light that had no light switch so couldn't be turned off. The foundation in the hallway outside my door is a waterfall of water each time it rains. There are cockroaches everywhere. The windows are not sealed in any form. There was no weather stripping on the front door and the weather stripping on the back door was so eroded you could see light directly underneath it. My AC has gone out, which I left a voice-mail 3 days ago to fix, and it still hasn't been addressed or even, at the least, I haven't gotten a call about. I pay 840$ a month for an apartment that was "freshly renovated". Honestly, I don't want to live here, and I'm a the point of considering legal action too. If these things don't get fixed soon, I will. As of right now, would not recommend. I'm willing to change my review, or remove it, just for the ability to live comfortably."

"DO not move here. If i could give this property a 0 stars i would. Waterfalls above your washer and dryers mold growing in every apartment l, mushrooms growing in carpeted areas & no one cares. You tell the property manager and she laughs it off saying theyll get more maintenance men…. Like the ones they got dont do the job already. You file a maintenance request and they mark it off without even looking at the problem."

"I’ve lived here for a little longer than 8 months now, moved in, dishwasher was broken, never has been fixed “we’ll get to it”, closet doors broken, light fixture in smaller room doesn’t work, every outlet in the apartment is loose. Roaches, everywhere, we’ve never had roaches before but with it how the inside of the building is and how the neighbors throw trash off the balconies, I guess it makes sense. Windows all have gaps in between. Water shuts off randomly through our whole building so we’re left without for a few hours. Staff is friendly yet things aren’t ever done, supposed to have exterminators come spray every month but I only see them every 3 months."

"The apartment manager, D.C. is horrible. He lies to your face and says you dont owe anything, then 6 weeks later added over $500.00 to your rent cart and doesn't send out a prior notice. He said, "Oh, don't worry about that. Mold in the wash rooms. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!"
