"I worked in this property as a maintenance Tech. General manager laura was very unprofessional. They didn’t want to buy parts. Vender quit working. They just want us to pull every parts from vacant units. Even toilet parts. Vacant units are out of power in the winter. We mentioned several time but management didn’t care about it. End up with lots of busted pipes. More than 50% residents are unauthorized in the apartment. Lots of busting car window and apartment windows. Residents Smoking weed in the hallway. Management never care. Kicked the door once in a week. Lots of crime happening in the apartment complex. No one care even they knew who is it. I found people living in the vacant unit without power several time. Resident owed 10s of thousand on rent. Eviction is every week. Very unsafe place to live and work. I never recommend anyone to live or work in this place. Maintanance man, manager and assistant manager all quit the job in same week. Property is Managed by YARCO very bad management. Laura general manager is very hard to reach. She don’t care her employee. She don’t deserve that position."

"Keep searching for other places to live. Do not, I repeat DO NOT live here if you can avoid it. Management has changed at least 5 times since I've been here. It's an absolute shtshow at the clubhouse office. The property managers get worse with each transition. Some of it is not their fault. They are inheriting an entire nightmare of problems. But nonetheless at some point they are responsible for improving this property. That does not happen. Whether it's repairs and maintenance that go ignored for months on end. Or the general dilapidation and lack of any consistency towards cleanliness. This place is a joke. Like everywhere else, the price for rent is going up more and more each year. Yet the quality only goes down. They will nickel and dime you. If you're trying to get repairs done to your apartment. Expect at least 3 weeks to a month. Or be prepared to call the city and force government intervention to compel them. The tenants are sketchy. The management is sketchy. The the invisible owners living in New York who never come by to see this place are sketchy. Find somewhere else to live. For your own good."

"The bathtub faucet been broken for a couple of months now, we been calling the office since it started and they either never answer their phones or say someone will come over and fix it but never do it. I came home from work and the water from the tub over filled and now the whole apartment is soaked in water. I called and text them even more but still no answer."
