"We scheduled an appointment and went there only to discover that the manager wasn’t there. Called her and she said she remembered to call but DIDN’T anyways to tell us she couldn’t make it. She rescheduled for Wednesday for the same time, showed up only to find out no one is there again. Called both numbers and no answer. Some maintenance guy had to tell us she called in sick today. We didn’t even get a call from her explaining that. We even had to miss work hours just so we could make sure we made it in time for the appointment. Super disappointing and frustrating. Seems like bad management."
"I used to live there a few years ago. Maintenance never fixed anything. My ceiling fell in and we lived for 2 years with no ceiling water leaked from the pipes above my apartment in the bathroom I have reported it several times it was never fixed and in result I broke my ankle from slipping on water in the bathroom when no one else was up. Called the office and reported the issue and the office manager just laughed. I was evited from there a very short time after."
"I have called about ten or more times in the past two weeks to try and start leasing an apartment. I’ve called at the beginning business hours, in the middle, and at the end. I have entered my email and requested information three times. I have left two voicemails. I have not been responded to once and I am (or was) very interested into moving here but unfortunately no longer am."
"I have been living in my 2 bedroom apartment since December 2020, and every since then people have been coming into my apartment while I'm gone, which means someone has keys to my apartment, I have changed my locks 3 times. Maintenance have been in my apartment, after I have asked them to stay out, when I'm not home. My kids clothes, toys, my dishes, food, covers, towels, cords to my computers, just all kinds of stupid little things. The craziest thing is we have cameras, and management never seemed to no nothing and the office be open and they be walking the grounds, and stuff is still missing, so you tell me."
"I lived in these apartments for two years and the whole first year was very pleasant. The management wasn't super hands on but they were friendly and helpful when you needed them. However right at the end of my first year they got new management and everything went downhill from there. They would come out to fix a maintenance issue, get it halfway done with it, have to leave, and never come back to actually fix the problem. This was also the problem with the third management company that took over while I was living there and they are the current owners. Also into my second year there the other residents became almost unbearable. Our neighbors across the hall would get into screaming matches and even physical fights in the staircase multiple times a week and nothing was ever done about it. The woman who lived below us would play music so loud we could barely hear our TV and she would play it nonstop for entire weekends sometimes, not even turning it off at night. She also one time started running herself a bath, left her apartment with it still running, and didn't return for an entire weekend. We were without hot water for 3 and half days because of it and still nothing was done to remove this tenant. There was also a man living in the laundry room that asked my fiancé and I if we had any meth we could give him. When I called management to report him, they described him before I could and said that they'd had problems with the same man multiple other times. I could't believe that they had known about this man and hadn't taken the proper measures to remove him from the property. The apartment itself was cute, spacious, had some nice details, and was a great space for the price of rent. However the horrible tenants and management's lack of motivation to change or fix anything make this place really not worth it."
