"I've lived here for a year and a half and the property has changed management at least 3 to 4 times. The cleanliness has suffered tremendously. If you have an urgent matter it does get handled but for the monthly premium that is required, the carpet, hallways, floors, elevators can be much better. If the tenant can see the issues then management should definitely see them and address the concerns consistently. It's considered luxury living, I'm strongly reconsidering finding a new living space."

"I have lived here since September of 2021 and have watched the quality of care for the complex deteriorate. I live in a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom 750 sq ft apartment that costs on average after fees about $1400 a month. I feel that paying this rate should include a high standard of quality. The amount of pigeon and canine feces around this complex is appalling (see pictures). Paid parking spots are covered in pigeon feces, so much so, you often must walk through it to access your vehicle. Additionally If you plan to walk off path, you will need to be mindful of where you walk, so that you do not step in dog feces. The building upkeep is an area that has fallen short. The hallways and stairs are several different colors of paint as well as having missing pieces of drywall. The carpets in my building are stained from what I can only guess is liquid leaking from trash or messes made by pets that are not cleaned. Air vents located in the hallways are caked with dust and debris. The standard has fallen quite a lot since 2021."

"Loved this place from the outside decor to the inside. This looks like a awesome place to live they have everything you'd think you need and more!. I can't pick one favorite amenity cause there's to many to choose from. The property manager was/is awesome toured on a weekend she was super helpful and very kind. Rather I get approved or not I have nothing but good things to say. And if you apply and get in enjoy it all."

"I am very pleased by my experience with Prairie View at Village West! I worked closely with Alena, as I was still living in Texas when I first found these apartments. She helped me navigate the application process and answered my countless questions. What’s more, she never made me feel like I was a bother. The staff has been nothing but a delight each time I have communicated with them! I am pleased to say the reviews, photos, and amenities are all as advertised! As someone who did not tour this has been very comforting. The surrounding area is great too, with lots of shops, grocery stores, and food establishments. I am beyond thrilled with my new home, and I am very happy to be living in this community!"

"So far, so great! The office staff has ALWAYS been courteous, helpful with inquiries, and understanding with any issues. The amenities available are fantastic (on-site masseuse!, although COVID has unfortunately prevented my taking advantage of that one just yet). Pet-friendly with an on-site dog-park for the puppers, should you have one... Garages available, covered parking available, and plenty of free un-covered spots. The top floors also have 10 (or maybe it's 12?) foot ceilings in the living rooms... They're also wired/ready for blazing-fast fiber-internet (Google, AT&T, etc)... Granite counter-tops, new appliances: induction cooktops, mounted microwaves, stainless steel refrigerator... In-unit washers/dryers... I am quite pleased with everything so far! Very much recommend coming and taking a look!"
