Branson Towers Hotel,

"I'm not sure if there was a bad guest above us... or the hotel was doing maintenance. From about 11:30 p.m to 8-9 a.m my family and I could not sleep due to banging and walking. We have lots of plans today so we need our sleep. I tried calling the front desk.. he sounded like I was not the only one who called. He said he would "go up and talk with them" however it never stopped. I never heard a knock or a ring coming from above witch made me think he did not care enough to go up. I've got one more night here.. we will see how it goes. I would rate it lower but the breakfast staff was very kind and the pool area is decent."

"Great location, room on the surface seemed pretty clean, but it got me when I saw the stick from a lollipop in the bed I slept in the next morning, when nobody in my room had had one, telling me the sheets had not been changed from the last occupant. Pool and hot tub were dirty, people were smoking weed in the courtyard. Beds were comfortable, as were pillows, and the bathroom was clean. Had a nice large LG Smart TV. with Dish Network and a good selection of channels. WiFi worked well and was fast. Breakfast was about what you'd expect for a hotel breakfast, not the best, but not the worst, either. Staff I encountered was friendly. Place generally nice but decor is very dated, reminded me of my grandma's house, and she's been gone for 20 years. Overall its not bad, but they could pay a bit better attention to detail, and for what a room costs there, the furnishings could be updated, and it would be nice to have a chair in the room that isn't hard and uncomfortable. Great location very convenient to all the major Branson attractions. I'd stay here again, but next time I'd check the bed to make sure the sheets are clean before sleeping in them..."

"First, I want to say the service we received from the time we checked in until we checked out was superb!!! Staff was very kind, courteous & helpful. The hotel itself is a little older but had charm to it so I enjoyed it. There was plenty of amenities to include a small game room, pool & central gathering area. The rooms were comfortable & we slept great the whole time we were there. The beds were comfy & had all the basic necessities we needed. Additionally, I liked the location since it was close to most major attractions & there's a Casey's within walking distance if needed. I would stay here again upon return to Branson."

"We stay because it's close to The Mansion. Comfortable beds and rooms and super friendly service. Great value for price. Nice pool but hot tub is broken and breakfast is non existent. It's clean and large. Nice stop for the price!"

"We stayed 3 nights. This is a great family hotel. The service at the front desk was AWESOME!! The man that seems to never sleep deserves awards for his kind friendly service. The heated pool/hot tub building was perfect for entertaining two 10 yr old cousins in freezing weather. The beautiful staircase in the lobby was great exercise for me (this hotel does not have a fitness room). The breakfast was REALLY GREAT Sat/Sun but only cold cereal/muffins Mon. My only concern was the "accessible" room had grab bars for the toilet area but none for the shower so I had to go buy one of those suction kind."
