"The rooms were clean but the service wasn’t good at all. There was nobody ever at the office, it says continental breakfast and that’s never happened. There was never any lights on or anything. Nobody even gave us a key to our room they put it underneath the mat. Not good service at all."

"My husband and I stayed here 2 nights. The woman who checked us in was very nice. However, I reserved a king size bed and the room we were given had 2 queen beds. We decided to just deal with that. We left and did not return to our room until midnight. When we went to bed, we noticed the sheets on one of the beds had black specks all over the bottom sheet. When folding back the top sheet it was dirty and looked like poop was smeared on it. My husband went downstairs, but the office was closed. We then checked the other bed and it was ok. Except that the bed was EXTREMELY hard. The next morning my husband went down to the office and told a man. He said OK we will fix it. When we got back that evening the bed was made, but it still had the same sheets on it. Again, no one was in the office. I tried to call them and all you get is an answering machine and you cannot leave a message because it is full. On Sunday attempted to go to the free continental breakfast. The sign said it opened at 7 am, but it was closed and once again the office was closed again. I am VERY DISATISFIED and feel that our money was wasted."

"Check inn was easy but had a couple smoking outside our door being drawn in by heater vent! Reported to heavy set male who said he was the manager, Told me they could smoke anywhere outside the room they want! If I didn’t like it could leave! I told night time manager who was the nicest person! I think Tracy was her name! She apologized and said that she would address it! Tracy made are stay the best! The so called manager quit that evening after addressing me! I would have gave a bad review but Tracy made up for all his mistakes! I recommend her to be manager over the desk people! I will stay again if she is still there!"

"Check in process was easy. The location is great. The bed was amazing! I slept awesome. Breakfast was good. Everyone was so kind and friendly!! They have not owned it very long (I believe it was a month) and they are working on making improvements! I can’t wait to see the changes they make. Price was reasonable"

"After some confusion with my reservation at a different hotel, we were transferred to Sunset Inn. The staff and management were absolutely wonderful! They were so kind and helpful, I could not be more pleased! The room was newly updated, and breakfast was wonderful. All in all they made it a great stay and we will be going back soon!"
