"package did not arrive in the window it said it would, which was a significant reason why we purchased it as our builder is needing to hang this chandelier. To make it worse this doesn't even come with a tracking number and the number it tells you to call for online orders, no one picks up the phone .. buyers beware!.... (this was my orginal post. ) I did want to take the time to say that these guys wanted to make it right. Once the package arrived, it was severely damaged. once i notified company asked that i please test my chandelier and if it did not work it would get replaced. they even offered a generous Patricial discount. ...oh and the light worked and looks amazing."

"Extremely rude. Laughed when I said my new home would have antique brass accents and door knobs and said it was out of style. Said they hadn’t had anyone order antique brass in four years. I highly doubt that. Everyone has their own individual style and shouldn’t be laughed at for that. Their loss on a big sale."
