"Room 304-2 Queen beds. Had to ask for new bedding because you could tell the sheets were not changed from the previous guests. They were filthy and hairy. Bugs on the wall in the hallway too"
"The staff is very hospitable and kind, which is difficult to find in the hotels around here. The value is there for the price. Location is fabulous for me as I literally work almost next door. They gave price matched online prices, and are always genuine. The rooms are always clean. I bet the courtyard is beautiful in the summer with the pool. I won't stay anywhere else when I visit Springfield!"
"Our experience in this hotel was absolutely horrifying. Room wasn't even clean. Bodily fluids on chair and floor, room hadn't been vacuumed food dirt and old plastic ware still on floor. Bed was horrible springs sticking out seems extremely outdated, blood on sheets we were supposed to stay 2 night left after the first it was so bad. They are extremely under staffed as well only one person working that night. Talked to manager who apologized but didn't offer any compensation. Better off going else way and paying more breakfast started at 8:00 it was gone by 9:00. I have pictures of how bad this room was even food in the vents ugh."
"The pullout couch was absolutely disgusting but the room itself was perfectly fine. I wouldn't recommend sleeping in the pullouts. The beds are comfy though and having a heating and cooling system you can control is awesome. The fridges are super cold and the microwave works awesome. All in all, a solid stay."
"I mean it’s freaking old. Rooms are updated but it smells and feels right out of the 90s however, I felt safe and the room was comfortable. Hot water was nice. Not much noise. Just very old. For the cost $68 for a night I’m not going to complain. Too much."
