"XL Flooring did an amazing job putting new flooring in my entire upstairs. (Bedrooms, kitchen, dining, living, study, bathroom and halls.) Kenny Kaiser was a tremendous help, patient with my decision making process, hands on during the entire install, and came by after install to check on the work done to make sure I was completely satisfied. Hannibal and his installation crew were prompt, kept the job site spotless and did a perfect job on my carpet and LVP install. They patiently and promptly coordinated with my kitchen cabinet install and delivered exactly on the days I needed them to in terms of different wheels spinning for different things being installed in my kitchen remodel. It was refreshing to have such great customer service and perfect installation of everything I wanted done at once. When Kenny wasn't in the store and I stopped by, Dennis was also very helpful and reassured me on lots of questions I had which was also very appreciated because I was given lots of different opinions on installing LVP over my existing flooring, but I cannot say enough about how great it looks and how painless it was not having to tear out my dated ceramic tile flooring but rather floating the LVP directly over it. Looks amazing!"
