"Loyal customer since 2016 here! Once upon time, I was searching for a reliable, experienced professional to provide a good waxing service. I had a few really unpleasant experiences somewhere else, and so I was ‘shopping around’ until I finally found Jamie. I randomly found her when she was still relatively new to the esthetician field and building a clientele base, so I thought I’d give it a shot because why not? But after my first session with her, I immediately knew that I wouldn’t need to look further. She was very honest about what to expect during the wax, and she gave tips on what you can do at home to help prepare for the wax. She is very good at what she does so the waxes don’t take up a lot of time. Very quick. Very thorough. Very professional. While I initially sought out Jamie for her waxing services, I also was looking to upgrade my skin regimen, and I knew that she offered facials. I had trusted her with my *ahem* hoo ha, so I decided to take the leap and schedule a facial. After a few custom facials with her and following her instructions for cleansing my skin and using products, the service has stuck with me. Now, I always look forward to our custom facial sessions. They are refreshing and relaxing! Sometimes, I ask about each round of products during the facial as it is always interesting to learn about the products used. Sometimes, I lay in complete silence (besides the soft background music) to relax and recharge. Sometimes, I’m so relaxed that I fall asleep during the facial. *shrugs* It is what it is, and it is refreshing and relaxing for sure! So much so that I make it a point to schedule my sessions with Jamie routinely (basically every 4-6 weeks) to maintain the hoo ha and refresh the face. Jamie is very professional and personable. She’s an expert in her craft and is always going out of her way to continuously learn, enhance, and improve her product-offering and services. Additionally, she has always kept a clean and sanitary studio no matter where she was located throughout the years.
