They had a mask on which made it more odd that they didn’t talk because she just glared and pointed. "A staff member cut me off in line to talk with the employees behind the counter. Employees behind the counter complete ignored myself and my girlfriend. I had to ask for service then was asked to repeat my order no less than four times. The employee finished making the drinks and called out “two iced coffees with sugar and other stuff”. Both drinks were completely incorrect and absolutely disgusting."

"Placed a mobile order for an iced coffee this morning, I live about five minutes away. So I gave enough time for them to make my order. Got to the location, was asked to hold on a moment. After 10 minutes finally was helped in the drive-through. Store was not busy, they had no one but employees in the store. Lobby was empty so I don’t know why I had to wait 10 minutes to pick up my order."
