"I have never given an online bad review in my life. But I have never seen an establishment work harder to find excuses to not take your order than this one. I had a lady tell me it would be 1 minute because the system was rebooting. Then she came out to my car 4 minutes later and said it would be at least 15 before she took my order. She said there was a large order in there are only three of them. I literally wanted to get a shake and some cheese sticks. And they once again were unable to pull this off. I truly hope this location closes down. I've never said that about a business in my life, but they have no desire to serve customers, and they are a complete embarrassment to even Sonic. I wish I could say this is an isolated incident, but it's not. It's just a horrendously managed "restaurant.""

"The peanut butter burger wasn't bad, but it also wasn't good. It was for sure closer to bad than good. The service is always extremely slow because they are short staffed."

"The staff are doing the best they can but obviously the owner is out to lunch. Displays all broken parking lot filthy. Why is sonic corporate asking for escalations in the replies to the complaints? Go visit the store! Tried this place again and the food was excellent, too hot to eat which is great. The staff was nice. Keep up the good work. Some of the order screens were still out. Must be expensive to fix. Keep up the good work!"

"Don't go here unless you want to wait an hour and have your food not fully made. It is late even if you schedule it in advance. Our shakes were not mixed. All of the ingredients were on the bottom. I asked why the food was late. Said they only had 2 people. Funny, I see 3 people just in my line of sight. Maybe more out of my view. Burger patty tasted like it was old. Several of the parking booths were out of order. This is a 3rd time in a row over a couple years. Won't be coming back here. Also, sonic plain burger combo costs the same price as a burger combo that comes with lettuce tomato. That doesn't even make sense."

"After seeing the commercials for $1.99 shakes decided to stop by & get a shake. Every other stall credit card machine and/or screen was out of order. The restroom was out of order. I asked why everything at this restaurant was out of order? They said they were working on it. I ordered a shake (caramel ) couldn’t wait for it to arrive. When I got my shake the first thing I saw was the cherry it was dried up like a raisin. If the outside is like that I can just imagine what the inside looks like. I wouldn’t recommend this Sonic."
