"This chick just rolled up on me and shoved a bag through my window. Take out order 1915. I tried calling the store before this. HORRIBLE service. Heard her sandals slapping as she very slowly walked back in the store."

"Lady working at the second window (first window had noone even working it), was very rude, and the one thing on my order other than a water was a mcflurry, which they didnt even mix, so i had to do it myself. I was then told because they didnt have anyone working first window, i couldnt use apple pay, so i had to dig through my stuff and get my card."

"Ordered egg mc muffin meal and got plain biscuit and egg, no one answered when I called to make complaint and rectify situation, got to go hungry at work because I can't stand bisquits!"

"The last few times, I have gone through the drive-through and placed my order. My order has not been correct. When I tell them at the window I have to tell them three times and they still don’t understand. I thought I would go to this McDonald’s cause it’s down the street from my place. But since they can’t seem to take orders, right, I will just go further down to the different McDonald’s."

"I ordered 4 meals from this Mc Donald's and they messed up on a quarter pounder. Forgetting the bottom bun I did not realize this until arriving home. I also was not able to get back until later that day for them to take care of the issue. I was then told that he talked with me over the phone which was false i never called. then he proceeded to start yelling and telling me that he needed approval from his GM which I did not believe since any manager has the ability to approve and remake a sandwich. however, we where told to leave after he yelled and spouted profanity. I was told not come back by the manager that did not want to correct the issue and do his job conflict resolution. I have no plans on ever coming back to this Mc Donald's unless there is a change in management."
