"The food good. Sometimes service is ok but last time I was there is wasn't good. Yes the food still good but service was poor. It felt off. I was ordered 2 subs and the person kept asking me if there different but I told them it's going to be the same way for both. I'll still good but I would like to feel welcomed and friendly feeling."

"Tried again. 8:49pm and they come on the drive-thru just to tell me it's closed. Seriously? Several bad experiences with drive through service. On one occasion the employee asked for a few minutes, so I agreed. It was about 10 minutes later before he came back on the intercom to take my order. I assumed he was busy or had just opened, but there were no other customers and they had been open for several hours already. On another occasion, I wasn't even able to get service via the dive through. No one came on the intercom. When I drove up to the window they took notice of me, but continued to ignore me. After about 10 minutes of waiting, I went somewhere else."
"They've always been nice & pretty quick & i like the fact that they have a drive-thru. However the last time I went here my sandwich was a mess! I didn't get to open it & look until I got to work, but it looked like someone dunked my entire sandwich in mustard. I got mustard all over my uniform. Other than that one time, good service."
