"Giving all one stars because a double cheeseburger and small fry should NOT be $7.50. RIDICULOUS PRICES. Are they charging more because they are using locally sourced quality products? No. Are they charging more so they can pay their employees a livable wage? No. So I won't be eating a $4.50 double cheeseburger anytime soon. Bye!"
"Management is disgusting. I was waiting 20 minutes for a curbside pickup, multiple curbside pickups showed up after and got there food before me when I brought this up the manager got an attitude with me and refused to hear what I had to say. Absolute terrible service."
"I am literally so sick of them making mistakes. It's laughable! The service has gone so downhill recently. When THEY make a mistake, shouldn't they fix it? The blatant disregard for people is disgusting. This has happened MULTIPLE times now, where they expect me to pay for a mistake they caused. And when I try to talk to someone about the issue, they continue to insist that they didn't do anything wrong even though we have proof. Please, PLEASE get better management and employees who actually care! I work in service, I get it, but to treat people like they do?? It's really not cool and makes people upset! "Horrible service, no one was the least bit friendly. The fries were half full, I tried to get the employee's attention, but she was too busy listening music through her ear buds. My drive home was less than 5 minutes. Food was not even warm by that time. This is the 3rd time in a row, done with this location."
"I eat McDonalds everyday and I go to different locations. I've been here a few times and the wait is always longer than most McDonald's in the Johnson county area. I believe this is the only one in the KC metro (Kansas side) that charges to put mayonnaise on your burger. The fries and Sandwich were hot enough to enjoy. To conclude I believe you will enjoy the food and if you're not in a rush you'll enjoy your conversation with whomever you're with. My rating however is based on all the McDonald's around suggesting that you may want to go a few more miles to the next location. There is no play place for kids."
