"Poor management! Very little to none training!!! They put training off on people who are not even qualified to trained! It’s a big buddy buddy system at this place! So if you don’t play by the rules you won’t be accepted and they’ll play with your job. If you like being micromanaged this is the perfect place for you. Management doesn’t care about issues or hr so save your time. Pay is decent benefits are good that’s the only plus with working with this place."
"Telling you don't believe the hype, the job isn't bad easy going for the most part pay not bad but; most definitely could be better with everything that's expected of the employee, the benefits is some of the best going those are the pros. Now the cons, little to no training the people that should train don't they put the training in the hands of someone that can not speak the language & the translators barely speaks English themselves! Then the leadership on the floor truly sucks only in the position because of longevity no other reason & that's where the favoritism phase come into play people in the so, called lead position if you were part of the old regime being "Mitsubishi" then you can do whatever you please & the culture is built to shut out some. Now as for human resources these people will infringe on your personal/medical life for no reason even when it's not company policy they pry into area's that's out of bounds. They preach safety each & everyday & trust don't really adhere to none. Trust this not a disgruntled. employee got tired & got gone my assessment is true not vindictive. Apply at your own risk."
"It is a very good experience for you to know how important a transformer are, they are huge and awesome and amazing from step 1 till the end you can tell it's like we built something that the world can survive or us from the power or a utility..the more you focus the best and better you learn and see."
