I was told that my service dog “couldn’t possibly be a service dog” (she is a very small dog) after being told “pets aren’t allowed in the store and there’s a big sign on the door stating that!” The person who said those things acted as though it was beneath him to assist us. It was an unnerving ordeal."
"Awesome customer service the minute you walk through the doors from people who have expertise in any area you are interested in. Went to a big box store needing to purchase only 8 screws and was told they only sold in large boxes that would cost me $32. Outrageous for a DIY’er and waste of $$. The gentleman at the store suggested Stewart Brothers and he was so right! They had someone assist me and I only paid .24 per screw! Bought all the herbs and tomato plants I needed for my garden while there too! Paint is highest quality with expert who is qualified to truly advise! I’m a customer for life!!"
