"They had the items I wanted. Unfortunately it took over a hour to make the purchase and setup delivery. The person we worked with did not have a clue what she was doing. It was more important to talk and get a snack than to help us with our purchase. After all of that they still messed up our delivery. I hope this is not the way they normally do business. Very poor customer service."
"One thing I can say about the Depot, is this, I was looking all over for a replacement grate for my grill and when I finally found a place with the them they told me I need the size of the one I need. Not having this info this wasn't the place for me, so next I thought about Home Depot sales items like this. When I get up there they had an adjustable grate for under $30!"

"They had what I needed, always a plus. And, Even though they were busy I didn't have to wait very long in the check out line. One of the employees in lumber told me I would have to wait to get two sheets of drywall, which we were right there. But I'm capable of loading them myself. Just would've made my experience there a 5 Star experience."
