"Always close hours early before the posted time. Literally my 6th time trying to go to Michaels today and they were closed by 5 instead of 7. Wouldn’t be a problem if they were just accurately posting their closing times. Manager was very rude when I asked about their closing time through the door and she yelled at me “CLOSED”."
"One of the staff members was just taking pictures of herself and on her phone instead of helping the other cashier . She just stood by the door and did nothing. Didn’t greet us or acknowledge any of the customers. She ruined my experience . Aside from that , they have a great selection of what I need. That just rubbed me the wrong way."
"I was glad to see they had a sale on there flowers. Otherwise I would have spent a lot on them. I was able to make my center piece. I'm pleased with the out come because of Michaels"
"I was given the wrong order after constantly stating my name. The black young lady I assume is a manager with the glasses is so rude and has a nasty demeanor and appearance. She acts as if someone forced her to apply and show up. Also an older white lady was gossiping and laughing with her while a team member was waiting for help from her for the customers. Once I saw the employee wasn’t going to interrupt I said excuse me I think your coworker needs help. The older white lady sarcastically said ok. They’re very unprofessional and inconsiderate of people’s time and money. How could you give away someone else order????"
"I get my crafting soap here, I make holistic products and other products; when I need soap toppers and etc I can’t get my online order as fast I come here as a back up."
