"If I could give this store a ZERO star rating I would!!! They have had my dryer that broke as soon as I paid it off since October. They gave me a loaner dryer which was broken also. I had to BRING the broken loaner dryer back to the store MYSELF in order to have a working dryer. In the process of bringing the old broken loaner dryer back Richard proceeds to take it out of the bed of my truck BY HIMSELF when I offered my help so he didn’t mess up my $60,000 truck!!! In which case ended up happening and I am still sainting for them to fix it!! Donald was supposed to come last weekend first thing in the morning before 12 to bring MY dryer back and failed to. I call them yesterday as talked to Richard to make another appointment for today so MY dryer could be delivered between 12-3 and yet again they fail to come. My wife called around 12:30 and talked to Richard to make sure we were still receiving our dryer today. Well at 3:30 after no one showing up I spoke to Tony which proceeds to tell me that he knew nothing about it and that Richard wasn’t there today after my wife spoke to him at 12:30. Needless to say Tony tells me that he will get my dryer to me today between 4:30-5pm which very much happened. The only problem was when he got here with MY dryer it WASN’T MY dryer. Prior to leaving my house it was in pristine condition and the dryer he brought to my house telling me was mine had scratches all over the top and front as well as having some type of glue/tape resin on the top. I am taking my case further and talking to the RM or the GM as to getting MY TRUCK FIXED and MY ACTUAL DRYER back!!!"
"Disappointing all around with this location. I spoke with manager Chris today and did not say sorry for given wrong information about my payment being drafted before date i spoke with Tony. I fully understood that we were behind but I left card information to be paid out in full and they turn around to tell me I got wrong info and Chris kept saying Tony should of never told you he could draft payment to a later date. It was 2 days early and he never apologized that I was given the wrong info. Tried to put blame on me. Also stated he never received my msg to have him call me and then stated he would call Tony and I was expecting a call back never did get a call. Never was asking for “customer always right” but an apology for given wrong info or at least work something out was not even a option. As a manager poor service and not professional at all, did Chris get promoted for being there the longest?? I come from a family that works in retail to patient care, as managers and leaders and Chris is not a leader. Kept making excuses and never once asked what we could do to make situation better for both company and customer. Also for throwing your fellow employee under the bus for giving wrong information to me. Chris if he got info wrong he had to learn it from his leader/manager so this falls on you. Learn to manage your team up and also see your own faults as a manger and why not as a grown man. I get better service at New Orleans DMV and that should show all how awful this experience has been. This is a 0 zero star service"
"Just moved to the area and needed a new couch quick. What a joke! It takes Aaron's a minimum of 3 tries to coordinate a delivery, simply because the store and drivers fail miserably with communication. Then, when they do manage to get a time/date that works, they arrive with a broken piece of furniture that their delivery drivers have neither the tools nor the skill to assemble. It took another 3 tries for them to deliver the "fixed" but still broken sectional to our house. After numerous calls and complaints to their corporate customer service, which is also a joke, I finally managed to get the piece of junk returned. As a follow-up, standing on a front porch using intimidation tactics against children under 18 is also frowned upon by most of society. But, again since customer service and communication are lacking, this should also be expected when someone finally comes to pick up something. In an effort to have the item removed, my husband allowed 2 truck drivers to retrieve the item while our 14 year old babysitter supervised. It would seem no signatures of age appropriate adults are even required by this supposed reputable company. No worries, our babysitter made sure to capture it all on video."
"Changing from 5 stars to 1. I needed to get a refund because my order didn't fit through my door. That was not the problem. The problem was when I called the next day to see what I needed to do as far as my account goes, the lady on the phone said everything was taken care of and I will receive my refund in 3-5 days. Fast forward a week later and still no refund. I called and asked what's going on and the guy was like, you have to come in to get a refund but I told him someone else that works there told me it was already taken care of a week ago. He said she must be mistaken. No apology, nothing. When I made it to the store to get the refund I was refunded the wrong amount and it about 10 minutes for him to figure the problem out. Let's just say terrible customer service and I'm glad I got away from this place!"
