"I can remember when this Penney's was really thriving. They had great customer service and great products. I used to enjoy going in and shopping for work cloths, etc. Overall Penny's still seems to be doing it's best, but I've seen the employee attitude in this store go way down. We had to go pick up a "ship to store" delivery last night and the woman at the front acted truly annoyed that we were there. The store still looks really nice, clean and organized - but some of the employees don't seem to want to deal with customers. I'm sure it's not all of them, but the ones on the registers last night made me want to leave as soon as possible. It won't stop me from shopping at Penney's because I'm sure it was just bad timing. It's still one of the best places to shop."

"I went in looking for a ring for myself. They were doing some remodeling, so no one was at the jewelry counter. A very nice lady named Lori (aka Mama) came over to help me. Not only did she help me, but she advised me on sale days and the best days to catch discounts. I returned several days later on a sale day recommended by Mama, and another associate, Jessica, was there to assist me. She was courteous and kind - she showed me other options and was able to give me an honest opinion when I asked for one - and she was able to help me with purchasing my ring. I love my new ring and I'm very grateful for this type of customer service. Thank you to Mama and Jessica for making my day!"
