"Good prices, friendly staff, it’s big lots man!"

"I wasn't too impressed for my first visit. I walked into this store by mistake. Me intention was to enter the Dollar Tree located next door. When I walked in I was suprised at the appearance. Poorly stocked shelves and not many people, (customers or employees) visible. Since I was there, I thought I'd browse..maybe purchase something as I walked up and doen several aisles. The only employee I saw was one...one employee who was a cashier. The vibe was not one that gave a shopper a good, or comfortable experience. I've been to multiple Big Lots location prior this, and always like shopping. This place seems like its waiting to close. I returned my shopping cart, and left."

"i went here with my mom & we asked an associate, (her tag said Daytona, she had ridiculously long nails & brown hair) about if they had safe/ fire boxes. she said "oh like for important papers & whatever right?" i told her yes and she said, yeah, plastic ones in the toy section. i'm not sure why she had an attitude so bad but it was extremely uncalled for. i didn't make a fuss or ask for a manager because there were a few people in line behind us, but i hope this isn't how you train your employees to speak to & treat customers. we won't be returning."

"Great service and staff as always. Thank you Melissa and all of the staff working at store #1836 (on 7/09/23). Even though the a/c was broken and it was unpleasant to shop in this store..the staff and management were so helpful, kind, and apologetic. Hoping Big Lots corp. Is getting this fixed sooner than later. Won't be back until they do."

"The store looks awesome but it feels like it’s only because of two people every-time I come in two lovely girls are always stalking and from what I heard on the other isle doing other peoples job. I would give the store 4 stars but I’m only suggesting one because I believe that they are overworking these girls. Also if the two beautiful young girls see this you shouldn’t have to do the job that the managers or anyone else doesn’t want to do you should also call corporate like I will be doing and go to a job that knows your worth and treats you better."
