Patient, kind, very knowledgeable and best of all truly listened to what we were looking for. She showed us several options and we found exactly what we were looking for at a very affordable price. "$782 Friedrich AC failed after 18 months and they do nothing. I have Epic protect 5 year warranty and they will not call back either. Go to Amazon next time. At least you can get (2) year warranty from the manufacturer."

"Dealing with this company is a joke . Poor customer service and communication AFTER they ran my credit card can be next to impossible. Reached out to owner Kent , even more laughable , the gentleman couldn’t for the life of him accept my comments much less the truth and hung up on me when I abreast him of his companys online negative reviews , shows this company’s level of maturity from the top down. Never worked ice maker, sent delivery people to assess the issue, go figure that one out and scratched both sides of my black refrigerator. I ate the loss as not to deal with these clowns again."

"I wish I could give Zero stars but the site wont allow me to . Buyers beware ..of Al at the Covington store .He is ONLY worried about the sale. NOT a long term salesman you want ! I purchased a Frigidaire refrig /freezer tall twins set . (Almost $8,000) The freezer was broken had to get replaced THREE times ! Which took THREE months of me call the manufacturer MYSELF, in order to get a new freezer each time .Al could care less. EVERY-TIME I called him he over spoke me & tried to rush me off the phone ! I wish I would have NEVER purchased my appliances from him . NEVER AGAIN ! Very uncaring salesman ! His boss Mary WAS very helpful though ."

"Purchased a LG washer dryer set last October 2018, almost positive their stuff is refurbished cause my washer hasn't done a single load without taking too much or too little water. It also doesn't get the water temp correct unless I use the one cycle for quick wash. So I've been using it just like that for months, stopping it mid wash so it can soak in the hot water longer than it's set up to do. I've lost count of how many shirts I've bleached up sticking my entire body down to move the clothes around so it gets soapy cause it really doesn't move the clothes around at all. It's awful having to pull clothes through the heaviness of the water. The door gets locked permanently when the heat from the hot water builds up. Not good on my hands being burned by the water. Wish I had gone with my original choice at Home Depot instead, it would had probably been worth the week wait for delivery. The delivery itself was the only good thing about this experience. The workers were fast, knowledgeable, and very respectable of my home and property. Still I will not shop with this store again."
