"I came to get my Australian Shepard groomed a few months ago. I didn’t leave a review because , I get that businesses have bad days and I felt bad. But i’m leaving one now because I met a few other Australian Shepard owners that had the same issue at this business, and I felt i’d be doing a disservice to anyone else coming in with an Aussie . I asked for a trim, no more then an inch, and to mostly focus on his paws and (butt) hairs and cleaning. When we got him back he was completely shaved down and it was very choppy. It took a months for his coat to grow back in properly. The staff was friendly and got us in last minute, so we really appreciated that. But groomers should know that Australian Shepard should not be shaved unless specifically asked. It can ruin their coat and cause it to grow in poorly . An Aussies undercoat is so important! I really hope that this review helps the staff to recognize and fix an issue that’s happened to a handful of Australian Shepard owners. EDIT: First off; I wasn’t asking for anyone to fix it or a refund , since I pointed out it’s been a few months. Three separate situations with the same breed and I feel as if you are just making excuses for poor quality. NOBODY called or said ANYTHING to me about it being cut that short or notify me about any dangers of cutting too short , probably because what I specifically asked for was to please not cut more then and inch, not to only leave an inch, or shave my dog. (His hair in many areas was uneven and cut much less then an inch as seen in the pictures). I understand that the “customer isnt always right” in some of these situations , but the blatant disregard and excuses for my concerns is very underwhelming."

"This was our second time taking our puppy ( mini aussiedoodle) in to this groomer. The first time we were happy with it as she only had very partial trimming done to get her used to the experience and a nail filing/ trimming that was good quality. We were told that she did “really well” in this second appointment. She had full grooming at yesterday’s appointment. We got a short cut at this appointment but it is not even throughout. she has wavy hair and her hair was cut uneven and her nails are still sharp after the full service appointment we paid and requested. For the service we overpaid and we are not happy customers. We plan on taking our business elsewhere."

"I’m only attaching one picture, because I’m just too upset to take more. They left our poor girl with a hack job! She looks like a toddler was left unattended with scissors. Her tail has HUGE chunks missing, and the rest of her coat is all uneven! When my daughter (the owner) called to tell them they screwed up (again) and asked for a refund they gave her the run around, and told her they’d talk it over. They called back today and kept telling her how wonderful of a job they did, told us that we’re basically liars, that they will not refund a single cent, and that we and our dog are not ever welcome back on their property. What an amazingly wonderful way to do business. We don’t want to go back… EVER! But I would like my money back. I’ll be filing a formal complaint with the BBB and contacting my CC company as well. EDIT TO RESPOND TO OWNERS RESPONSE: I’m sorry, but you’re not telling the truth at all! I verified with my husband! He WAS NOT asked anything about her tail. I personally checked her before she went in. She had ONE small mat under her right ear, where it couldn’t be seen! She had NO mats in her tail. There are also THREE CHUNKS MISSING! So even if there was “one large mat” (there was not) it still wouldn’t look like that! I was unwilling to bring her back for you to “look” at her because you clearly couldn’t handle the job in the first place. You refused to accept pictures from my daughter, insinuating that we could have hacked it ourselves, and are just blaming you. NO, I DON’T THINK SO! Take some responsibility for your work! You screwed up! Own it!"
