"Had to go here for an emergency as a dog attacked my cat, and the staff seemed very unconcerned with my pet or I. They took her back without me and did barely anything, just drew blood and gave her some fluids, without giving her pain meds, antibiotics, or anything. They even missed several of her injuries, which could only have happened if they barely looked at her. Then they charged nearly $700 for having done almost nothing, and leaving my cat in pain. They also called the wrong number to give me the lab results, and I had to go back to get the records from them because they didn't send them to my normal vet after multiple requests."
"Recently I had to euthanize my cat. It was very difficult for my mother and I but the employees were so kind and supportive. I will never forget their professionalism. I wish I was in the right state of mind to thank them properly, though I’m sure they never expect thanks. If they happen to see this review, thank you for making the experience comfortable and swift."
"I'm impressed with the care we received for our cat through urgent care. Vets, techs, and front desk all contributed to a positive experience. They explained things thoroughly, were kind, were thoughtful about offering choices, and also made the effort to check-in by phone several times in the days after our cat was there. It was a comfort during a worrying time!"
"My family had our cat Harley for almost 19 years. My youngest son was the same age as Harley. He was a big part of our. We didn’t make an appointment but did a walk in. After talking to staff and agreeing wit us it was time to let him go. They were so kind and wonderful. They were gentle with him and patient with us. They got him relaxed and gave us the time we needed. It was almost the end of the day. The vet explained how things were going to go. We held our Harley until he went to sleep. As hard as this was the staff were so kind. I will use them for any/all pet care. Hands down 10 stars"
