"I experienced a situation because of a 3rd party reservation I made in haste. The manager and staff sorted it all out for me, above and beyond what I could have ever, ever asked for. Their attentiveness gobsmacked me. I will be forever grateful for their help. The hotel's location is a tad out of the way, but the rooms are gorgeous.! Thank you Best Western!!"
"Great service and hotel. Staff is friendly, breakfast is a bit on the salty side, the remodel really shaped up this place. Might scrub down the roof twice a year but other than that, I had no issues other than the bed being a bit firm. Could have used another comforter."
"Stayed here over the Xmas holidays. Our room was great. Really nice and comfortable. Unfortunately, whoever did the renovations didn’t do the best job. there some staples sticking out of the carpet which was a big concern for our little kids. Mandy and her team took care of the issue right away. We definitely felt like we were take care of. Top-notch service! I would stay here again and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone"
"This was the first hotel that I've stayed at in 10 or 15 year's so I was kind of lost, but the staff there, especially Heather, were completely understanding, patient and helpful. The room was nice, but it was the excellent staff service that made my stay exceptional. I would recommend a stay at this hotel to anyone. Thank you Best Western for helping to make my experience relaxing and comfortable."
"Stayed here for 5 days. It is newly remodeled. Clean and comfortable. There is a nice social area by the small bar. Perfect sized area to have a drink and chill. Breakfast daily. The only real complaint is the eggs (powdered and soggy) Over all, I would recommend the Best Western Premier and will stay again."
