In particular: • All staff were supportive, caring, efficient, and enthusiastic, during each visit! • The staff were aware of Luna’s prior tumor treatments. They took care to maintain positivity, which eased our nerves. • The surgeon called to communicate the great news from the biopsy, that the tumor was benign. This was a wonderful relief. • We found the medication instructions easy to follow, which provided us confidence in the correct dosages. The chart was color coded to the prescriptions and laid out a clear time bracket. Overall, Bridgetown is a top-notch, well run, caring facility, and a testimony to the staff!"

"We had called around 5 other ER vets for our kitty and no was taking more patients, and as soon I called here they took her in immediately, even though they had many other emergency pets in there. This is by far the best vet service I have ever had in my life. They were quick, kind and knowledgeable. A woman named Megan took us back and was the absolute sweetest to us and our kitty. They did tests and gave medication very quickly and gave us all options before going forward. They were super affordable and allows for payment plans. For anyone looking for emergency care, I would recommend this over anything else. Thank you for all you do for our pets."

"I feel so lucky to have found this emergency vet! We traveled almost an hour to get help for our kitty and our experience there, from start to finish was amazing. They have a large convenient parking lot, the building when stepping inside is clean and calming. They also offer complementary drinks and snacks. The care they had for our cat was the best I have seen. We called first and the gal on the phone was so kind and pleasant. Then on arrival, every single staff member we encountered was incredible. They went over all pricing before hand and it honestly felt very reasonable for emergency service. Highly HIGHLY recommend!"

"It's not that there aren't any good veterinary clinics in the PDX area; it's just that Bridgetown Veterinary is in a league of its own. I cannot state how times I've had the thought "thank goodness I found this place, my pup wouldn't be alive had I not". The quality of care is outstanding (think Mayo Clinic for dogs), the staff is super personal -and the overall experience is top notch. Surprisingly they aren't any more expensive than the other clinics we've visited in the past, which is not to say that any veterinary visit is inexpensive.
