"No cashiers and the self checkout is closed. I've been standing in line for 15 minutes. And this is after wasting 20 minutes to learn that most of the items I need are not in stock or locked up with nobody to unlock them."
"EDIT/update: I edited from 1 to 3 stars because unfortunately I had to call guest relations due to on-site customer service staff, but when I did the woman was understanding and apologetic and helpful...the complete opposite of my store experience, so thank you Guest Relations person. this store does feel like its dying though, understaffed over-securitized...its not the best shopping experience but this is my neighborhood target and I've been shopping here for a few yrs so I guess I'm rooting for it anyways...ohh, and open your LEGO kit with a cashier. -------------------- never bothered to write a public review before but here we go, my boyfriend purchased a 50$ LEGO set from here a couple weeks ago, from behind a locked case of course, he opened as soon as he got home to find the box had been tampered with, someone had previously opened the box, opened the individual packages and replaced the new LEGO pieces with a mix match of old pieces, even threw in an old booklet, the theft cover up looked too time consuming/noisy to be done in-store, I can only assume someone had bought and returned this item and Target reshelved it, I'm not sure why the thief put so much effort into the process, meth? but it did not look like a first time operation, so my BF called the store right away to report, they said "no problem, just bring it back and we will refund you", but due weather/not having a car/anxiety about returning, a couple weeks passed until we had a day off together and I convinced him to take it back, at the return counter they reacted like we are the first people to ever report such a situation, at least 3 dudes looked at the situation and walked away, no one seemed to know what to do, a female came over and said that we only had a 24 hr window to get a refund and left us with the this box of garbage to carry back home a second time and a phone number for guest relations..awesome! 1) the first person we talked to on the phone mentioned nothing about this 24 hr return window(their fault) 2)target accepted an illegitimate return/or an employee is tampering with merchandise which led to this being on the store shelf.(their fault) 3)target sold this illegitimate item AND won't readily refund it...that equals not our fault but somehow our ongoing problem. we should have just resealed the box and got our money back, instead we pointed out that the box contents had been stolen and replaced so they should not reshelve and continue the cycle, this is what you get for honesty. pics: wrong/old booklet, old legos, opened and resealed plastic bags."
"Only one register open, no matter what time of the day you come. Only one self checkout area open. Long lines and wait time. Almost all items out of stock. Corporate needs to visit this location and remedy the problem"
"They've locked up all the deodorant, and you must ring a sensor to call someone to unlock it (along with a ton of other toiletries). I waited 20 minutes for someone to unlock it and it appears all the employees are swamped and are unable to help me (absolutely not their fault). They need to hire more people and let customers freely buy toiletries. This totally sucks, won't be coming back here."
"This is a great target. They always have decent stock for a Target and the staff are always friendly. I like the one at Airport way as well and maybe a little better but this one is closer to me and it is still good. They have a Starbucks as well. If you do pick up orders they are quick and friendly as well."
