"Location is wonderful, quick walk to the beach. Per other review, look for the art gallery on the main street. RV sign out front on a post. Some sites up top; main area down the hill. All of our hookups, including cable, worked. TMobile and Verizon service good. Only 1 washer($1.50) and dryer($1) working but park was not busy. You do have to check in at the hotel but we had no issues. Bathrooms, laundry, and sites were clean. Nothing fancy; location was great."

"This is a quaint place that is pretty cool. The rooms were older but clean. The views were amazing and the service is top knoch. If an issue arises, the staff are more than accommodating and willing to help. A few small things. (My fireplace kept going blowing out. The shower leaked, so we had to clean up the water). Not huge issues. The price point was fantastic. You can't find a place that is cheap that offers the amenities. The walk to the beach is easy. I don't have anything negative to say about the hotel. I think the best thing about the hotel is the staff. They are so nice and helpful. We stayed in the rustic area. There are more updated areas at this hotel. We were looking for a quiet place. That is why we chose the rustic area. We had good cell phone service. The room had a TV we didn't even turn it on. It has base board heating that works great. And open the back slider to get all the air conditioning you want."

"Showed up & it looked like there were multiple squatters & permanent setups (this is suppose to be short term, as per the sign at the entrance), trash all around, and just a generally uneasy atmosphere. I was staying for work & couldn't because I felt unsafe. Tried to get a refund since I didn't stay & they ignored me. Better off going elsewhere like Secret Camp down the road."

"Nice place on the ocean to spend the night. We stayed at the RV park, which has large drive through sites Easy beach access and short walk to main street. Clean and quiet, our dog loved running on the beach. Good price, would come back. Also loved Barnacle Bistro!"
