"Owners will claim you damaged items when you didn't even use them. DVD player didn't have cords. Wasn't cleaned very well before arrival. Would not recommend using their services plenty of other nice places that don't have liars operating them."

"I stayed in the River Princess cabin #63 and it was so much better than any photos or descriptions can explain. It was spotless, welcoming, the bed was comfortable, and it had everything needed for vacation except the nature and adventures outside! The view from the very top of the park is absolutely amazing and you can see both the river and the harbor (great sunsets)!! There was great communication from the host, and even a nice welcome surprise when I arrived. If you’re going to splurge for your vacation make it on this amazing quiet and private hilltop view."

"Service was exceptional. Drinks were very tasty. Meal was fine. My steak was just...off. I know it can be difficult, but "charred rare" shouldn't resemble tartar. We will probably return to see if we can do it again."

"The absolute best Resort around, and there are many. Beautiful place, with sites directly on the Rogue or with wonderful hilltop views. Great fishing dock with ample boat slips and adjacent boat launch. Spectacular cabins, hotel style efficiencies, and even a 5th wheel for rent are all nestled along a hillside, most offering sweeping views of the Rogue all the way down to the Pacific Ocean. Well positioned just a short distance off the OCH and only a mile from the town of Gold Beach, the resort makes for an excellent base for exploring the rugged landscape of the Oregon Coast, taking a jet boat trip up the Rogue, trying your hand at salmon fishing or just relaxing and enjoying the phenomenal views. Stay for a night a week a month or longer, you won't be disappointed. The hardworking, dedicated, owners of this place are responsive, kind, generous, compassionate, wonderful people with a wealth of local knowledge they're willing to share. They seem willing to do just about anything in their power to ensure your stay is as enjoyable and memorable as possible. Good People make for Good Business."
