"I'm currently looking into filing a lawsuit against them for their management's participation in and support of my husband's abuse. My husband is employed by them and lives there. I had been staying with him there for weeks. His boss and several other employees were aware. His boss Nick was aware of his history of domestic violence but had me arrested for criminal trespass when my husband became verbally abusive without even talking to me. The charges were dropped when I got to court. I have since filed for divorce. His boss attempted to block his being served and continues to employ him. My husband has refused to release any of my property, much of which is being stored on site, and was refusing to return my dog. It was only due to the intervention of a kind local police officer that I got my dog back. He kept knocking until my husband answered. She was starving and terrified. It's shameful that the manager would condone and support such behavior."

"Gold Beach Inn is the sister property. Beach access, oceanfront spas, BBQ's, picnic areas. Cozy rooms, comfortable beds. Overall great value."

"Stayed here for one night on a recent four day coast getaway after camping. I really liked the room I stayed in, #18 The Sequoia. It had the cabin on the beach feeling I was after. I really enjoyed the fireplace (bring your own wood.) The grounds are beautiful, lots of flowers in bloom and places to sit outside and of course you're right on the beach. Regrettably I had only booked for one night, I would have loved to extend my stay here. When I go back to the area I'll stay longer and request the same room. Charming place, great beach vibe, quiet."

"Taking into consideration that 'Rustic' is part of the name. We had the Montery cabin. Clean, high ceilings, amazing king-sized bed. Great back deck! Didn't rate service highly since we were checking in and out at regular times and didn't really require service & I accidentally used a towel that was on the inside of the bathroom door and it was probably left over from a previous occupant, and not used by my wife, ewww. Good value overall. Would stay again, but maybe a little more towel selective."

"So much potential. Not sure why it's not getting the attention it deserves from the ownership. Great view and easy beach access. The rooms are so unique. It's quiet and peaceful. Needs a little TLC and updated info on website (there are no blow dryers as advertised). Reasonably priced."
