"Can’t get ahold of anyone local to visually see what I need."
"Leaving Gold Beach! Poor service this time. Given a dirty truck with food, pills, personal belongings all over it. After hours pick up! You have to take time off your rental time to clean the truck and actually take the lock back to the place of pick up because owner does NOT have a drop box. There was also a fuel and 50 mile discrepancy. Something which would have been our responsibility if we hadn't taken pictures of everything. The person at this place wasn't the least bit interested when it was brought to his attention! Make sure you always take pictures and notes before renting anything!"
