"This motel is a MINO: Motel 6 in name only. It is located in a very nice location -- too nice for the advertised price, so expect a "cleaning" fee after you've checked out to make up for the difference in what the nightly rate should be. Trashy, like U-Haul."
"I got charged for a night that I didn’t stay and the cord to the artificial fireplace had been altered and it nearly caught fire. When I let the staff know about the fireplace they seemed cavalier and unconcerned. I have stayed here several times, however I am not sure I will ever stay again."
"Rude owners tried to tell a networking technician there's something wrong with his computer. Works fine on other wifi connections. Certain rooms don't have good internet access all I did was ask or a better room."
"My spouse and I arrived at Motel 6 on the 31st of august. We saw a sign on the road stating "vacancy". When we checked in we were told that there was only one room available and it happened to be one of the most expensive rooms with a jacuzzi and an electric fireplace. We did not need a room with all these amenities but were tired and accepted the room. We were charged an outrageous rate of $255US. Unfortunately the room was extremely dated...there was mold on the shower walls, extensive rust on the toilet paper dispenser and the water control for the toilet. The outdoor screen was taped together in 2 places. The mirror in the jacuzzi room was rusted around the edges. The toilet lid had a crack in it. The shower curtain rod was rusted too. There are several more defective items but for $255 for a "premium room" it was pretty marginal. This place needs a thorough updating and a far more skilled maintenance person. I took several photos of the room (309) but it appears I'm unable to add them there."
