"Ms.Patel is kinda eclectic; doesn't like renting her rooms; and, my car was the ONLY car there that night (she had the 'No Vacancy' sign 'ON' @ dusk)."
"Stayed here for two weeks while on a wildfire assignment in the area. The rooms were unbelievably clean and the owners were attentive, honest, and kind! I even recruited six of my co-workers to move over from other hotels and they all said they were happy with the switch. Other hotels in the area had dilapidated rooms, kept moving them around evey 2-3 nights, and were price gouging during their stay. If I ever find myself in Gold Beach again, I'll 100% be staying here again!"
"We arrived at this motel Aug 31around 5:30 to see if any rooms were available. There were no cars in the lot so it looked totally empty. We asked to see a room and the manager said "she does not show rooms"! Really? We did not say this but thought "you want us to give you $$$ and are too lazy to open a door"? We said "we cannot pay for a room without looking at it first". She shrugged as if she cared less. Rude and indifferent. AVOID! Rated it 1 out of 5 as we could not even see the rooms."
"I regularly travel Washington, Idaho, Montana, and Oregan and this is the worst hotel I've been in. Front desk lady was the rudest anyone in customer service has ever been to me. No AC sure they don't advertise it but you're paying 50% more than other hotels that actually have AC and are all around better. As for things they do advertise clear WiFi, false! Neither front rooms or back rooms wifi worked at all. I stuck to phone tethering. The one upside is the rooms were clean and tidy with no bed bugs in the room I was staying in. Travel north even to Coosbay/Northbend if you have to for cheaper, better rooms, and proper customer service. Next time I'm in the area I'll for sure be going anywhere else."
