"Friday morning I called for my husbands prescription, she said it would be in at 3pm. We went to pick it up Saturday morning and the lady says it will be ready Monday. We told her about calling yesterday and how we were told it would be there. She’s not gone 2 minutes before she comes back with the prescription already filled and ready. So clearly it was there and she didn’t want to look. I’m looking at the receipt for it and it’s dated for this past Thursday.. so it was there the whole time. Terrible service. Had another prescription they received Monday 1/22 but it still wasn’t filled on Friday 1/26. Why can’t they fill a prescription without you having to ask for it?"

"I only went in to make copies of some photos that I needed, and the young girl at the photo center was so helpful, ànd patient. I felt bad for her cause the manager had her doing like 3 things at the same time. And not once did she get upset nor did she have an attitude. This young lady kept a smile on her face the whole time. I can't remember her name not because she didn't leave a good impression, because she did, but I go in there every now and again, and I will get her name and do a follow up."

"The associate at the fedex drop off in Walgreens I just dealt with had attitude and was unhelpful. I said I needed packing tape to tape up my package. She printed off the return label and used two staples to close it up and said "that should be fine". She gave me the device to put in my phone number and email for tracking but the screen disappeared. When I asked how to track the parcel, she said "it will be sent off". I asked for a tracking number and she said she couldnt redo it because it was already scanned in the system. I said I wanted to make sure it got to the destination so I could get my refund, and make sure I coudl track it because it wasnt taped closed or labeled properly. She again brushed this off with attitude and said she couldnt do anything. I then repeated myself and she said "the tracking number is on the return label". I took a picture of the label and am just hoping it gets to the destination properly. Not impressed. Will never go here again. UPDATE: Sure enough my parcel got redelivered to me as label fell off. Super disappounted and frustrated as the lady ignored my request. Thank goodness I didnt lose any items."
