"I have been living here for 2 months. My only complaint is that when I check in Keira the employee said that whatever rate you get when you move in stays your rate for the entirety of your stay unless you leave and come back. I talked to some woman from corporate today and she told me that they will be doing rate increases. Oh hell no that is not what you guys tell every single person who lives in the building. I'll still pay bc it is my home but if you come here remember that she said that bc it would be hella inconvenient to have a apartment and then have your rates increased out of nowhere. Feel free to ask for it in your rental contract don't take their words on that. Other than that it's safe little bit of a bug problem but I like it overall. Good hunting folks. I work in the Quarter and this is the nearest inexpensive place. They will charge you a late fee if your even an hour late for your weekly rent tho. Remember that also."

"I've been staying here for a week now and I really like it. Everything is super clean, security guard is always there doing his job, the front desk customer service representatives are amazing and so sweet! The new management/company that took over has done an amazing job. They have a lot rules and are very strict BUT that's part of what makes it such a great place to stay despite it being located in New Orleans East. Another good thing is that it's located around lots of businesses such as Walmart, The Home Depot, Shell station, Wendy's, KFC, Taco Bell,etc etc. The prices are also great and very reasonable. UPDATE: If Lionel hadn't gone back, then RUN. He was keeping that place a float. So much drugs being passed around there it's insane. Prices have gone up, fights are constantly breaking out, some long time guests are rude and very disrespectful, some of the staff is sleeping with some of the residents, very unsafe there. I'm blessed to have been and to get away from there and find a permanent home in a safe area. Woukdnt ever go back unless I absolutely had too."

"First of all it kicked me out because they claim to have too many animals with two cats and two dogs too many so they're not pet friendly someone stole my cat management refuses to do anything about it have to bring your own pillows and your own blanket. if I knew this was going to happen in one stayed here"

"Having the opportunity to move into a apartment near family was prompt, I probably would move back into these apartments if I had a chance.I had a chance to store my peddle bike in my apartment at the time I lived there."

"Roach infested, hallways smell like mold, Rooms are missing fire alarm, unacceptable long term living conditions. I’d give it zero stars if I could. Needs a complete remodel."
