"Overall, it is great! If you have to go to the South Bank, it's not a great location. The way the bridges work, one way may be okay but the trip back to the hotel may take a lot longer. Very nice hotel with a lot of amenities and a very cool gym upstairs. I will be staying there again."
"The hotel is very nice and update. The location is not bad depending on what your in town to do. The only downside fall is the front desk refuses to answer the phone. I get to my room and my toilet will not flush so I call downstairs the front desk and guest service will not amswer. I decided let's try the concierge desk and they answer and I explain the situation and they say they will send someone up. After an hour no one arrives and I try calling back downstairs and of course again no one answers. If the hotel wasn't so big yes it would be easy to go down and talk to someone but the size of the hotel it's very inconvenient to go all the way downstairs. Why would you have phones and no one answers. I was in and out the the lobby earlier and they never had more then 4 people in line checking in and 4 people at the counter working so there is no reason no one should be answering the phone. I will say customer service absolutely sucks at this location. To be such a large brand they need to do better."
"Absolutely do jot stay here. Had a room for 4 nights. Had no hot water until 1130 on day 2. My girls were forced to take a cold shower so they could be at a cheer competition on time. Manager Glen told me he would take care of my first night and give us a credit for $100 for food at the restaurant to make up for it. Upon check out we were informed that we indeed will NOT be getting a night comped and only get the $100 credit. Very horrible to treat people like that. For $229 per night I should at least have hot water. I will never stay in a Hyatt again and will be sure to tell anyone who listens this bad experience."
"I stayed here for a conference in the hotel. Staff are very professional, friendly, and helpful. Paid a little extra ($10 per night) for a room with a city view. The king room had everything I needed. There are restaurants and a store in the building, but lots of walkable spots to eat and shop nearby. There's a bus stop at the corner and streetcar stops in the median in front of the hotel. One of the hotel restaurants tried charging a breakfast to my room off a name that didn't match, but the front desk took care of it. I wish places that charge the room required ID or a room card to do so. I would stay here again."
