Motel 6 New Orleans, LA - Near Downtown

"Got into my room and boom weird homeless person was in my bed, eating his hair… I ran out and asked for another room and they refused so I had to scare them away. But that’s not their fault. I must say that I did enjoy the Stay and would definitely recommend that you stay here"

"Stayed here for 2 nights. Good location as its about a 20mn drive to the french quarters and there is 2 dollar stores across the street from the motel6, I recommend family dollar over dollar general. The room was fine, it was clean and I didnt see any bugs or insects. The internet is not the best but works ok. All in all I would come back here."

"Good room. Very nice looking and 4/5 cleanliness level. Rooms have microwave and mini fridge. However they only have a couple bars of soap (vending machine shampoo) and refused to give me extra towels even though I requested them ahead of time on the reservation. Otherwise the service was good. Beware! There is no elevator. The desk clerk switched my room to a downstairs room no problem."

"This place was quite nice. We stayed there for 2 days and I had no problems with the service. The location was quite nice, with it walking distance from multiple food joints and a Walmart. Finally the service was great. The employees at the front helped us with every problem we asked about. If I'm ever in the area I will definitely be here again."

"The locution is great and the sheets looked clean. Pets are allowed to stay. The front desk people are very friendly. The signal for my tv went in and out. It was a nonsmoking room but it stank like stale cigarettes. The person across the hall was watching tv at full volume with his door open. He stopped practicing drums at 11pm which I genuinely appreciated. I would rather sleep in my car than at this motel 6 location."
