"There seem to be fixable problems with building maintenance. My fire alarm keeps going off without a reason. 11 time since March. Management will not repair it"

"(replaced old review).This apt in nicely located and Ms Francis is a very good Manager. But there are something that she inherited from previous manager. Parking is very bad. 20 parking spot and 144 apts. We live off Frenchman street so a night or late evening there is not any where to park ( unless you park 5 block away and walk.) Managment hands are tied as to any remedy. The other situation is the bed bugs are still here. I live with Bedbug powder all around my baseboard. I know other resident who have had them, they spray and a year later their back.(these are nice clean people, too) So they go from apt to apt. Just think you should know this before you move in. If you get a safe apt and do preventive bedbug powder and dont have a car, it a nice , affordable place to live"

"I love living here. I chose it for the cool neighborhood, but the place itself has become a real home to me. It's clean, comfortable, well-designed for an older demographic and feels very secure. We have a caring and supportive staff and management, and I love the sense of community with others my own age. A friend whose family owns bulidings in New York City walked into my room with me and stopped in her tracks ; " Okay, Jan, let me just tell you, the view alone would fetch 10,000. in New York". I'm so grateful to live here. I hope more residents will submit new reviews !"

"I wouldn't put anyone in this building. It's ran by Insensitive people who just want the rent check. The place is infested with bedbugs. A few people who live there have them. One o know personally has had them on and off for 4+ years. They are having a hard time finding another place to live. I would definitely not put my Mother in a place like this to live."
