"Love it here"

"Very poor office management. The “maintenance “ man Frank is disrespectful, I had to get him on tape disrespecting me because the OFFICE MANAGER allowed him to read emails I sent of things he “fixes” yet they break the next or same day, so now I don’t even feel comfortable living in my unit. Sarah Vosbein, whom I tried to talk to and she claims she forgot, gives me a lease violation notice AFTER telling me since I’m sick I can reschedule the bug spraying (mind you they had just sprayed for these imaginary bugs a month before) and so I was sick and didn’t want to be inhaling fumes. She says it’s fine and to text her all I need done. Claims it was never handled because everyone I reported my issues to no longer works here. But then still comes to spray, ringing my doorbell obnoxiously and my head was pounding. Then when I call and say are you at my door? She said yes. I said you said I could reschedule, she says oh so you’re refusing serviceAnd then gives me the notice. So not only are they dishonest, and trying to cover their own behinds, they left me and my kids in a terrible situation with an angry man who had key access to my unit. You can never get in touch with anyone over this office. So the office pretty much does what they want. But none of my SEVERAL complaints I’ve had have ever been addressed, from the new neighbors’ dog (pitbull) running IN my house and scaring my kids, or running up and terrorizing them outside like should a pitbull not be on some leash? I don’t have a garbage can and I’ve been living here almost two years. Loud arguing neighbors, dogs pooping in my yard and nothing being done. But I have a lease violation for being sick and not wanting fumes to be sprayed all over my house for me to inhale. These are st claude gardens apartments and St. Peter apartments. Please save yourself the headache and find a place to live where you aren’t lord on and treated poorly and put in DANGEROUS situations because of faulty management!"
