So quick to get money from you and limiting you to pay via debit card then it's been 2 months since I paid and there is no timeline when I should receive my money back. AVOID!"

"Had the pleasure of working with both Ranzi and Ted to secure my one bedroom apartment. I’m new to New Orleans and they were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Ranzi helped me find the exact unit I was looking for and Ted made sure I was comfortable with everything the building had to offer as well as the entire surrounding area’s shops and businesses. These apartments are only 4 years old so everything in the building is like new and I’m greatly looking forward to living here."

"Update 1/2024 Employees are great- I had an issue that was quickly resolved- again staff is great and so is the complex! Nice apartment complex, location is everything, amenities are nice. It’s pretty quiet which is surprising! Lived here about a year now and I enjoy it. Not sure if they have control of road work but that needs to be addressed- I can’t image that it’s handicap accessible with the curb being almost a foot taller than the road. It’s been a few months of this disruptive construction. Also the garage is broken at least 1 time a month which is concerning. Other than that- it’s a great place to stay!"

"Recently did a tour with Taelor, who was professional, knowledgeable and able to answer my questions, and patient as I poked around. The building is lovely—appears to be impeccably maintained and is bursting with amenities, including a number of public areas that would be convenient for remote work and a nice little gym. The pool areas are inviting. And the one apartment I looked at had enormous closets and felt airy and light. Obviously can’t speak to any issues others have mentioned but I liked what I saw and, again, was pleased with the time and attention Taelor provided."
