"Discriminatory. If you are a resident, it is my recommendation to Only communicate in writing because management lies, protect yourself. Units are not in proper working order, moves at a snails pace to fix problems; after going back and forth for months with management which includes the regional manager in the felicity office, had to call corporate to get a proper resolve which property management denied prior interactions. Management also blatanlyt lies about sending notices. I suspect mold in units with the HVAC system being one of the sources. Upon moving in I discovered that the people that had come to fix unit were not HVAC certified. Mold was present before my move in date. I was told that it would be taken care of and ignorantly I believed them. I dont believe it was, given my subsequent interactions with this property and their management. Test the air quality before moving in, several of my neighbors have reported being sick because of and while in their units. Many of my neighbors are lower income, myself included. Many feel they have to deal with improper resolves and infestations because they are in a bind. I am blessed to say that I am not at their mercy like this, which is why i have had to go through corporate to get some type of resolve. If any residents are sick in their units, PLEASE REPORT IN WRITING. THEY HAVE TOLD BLATANT LIES FROM MY EXPERIENCES! Also report all your management issues and their practices to HUD!!!"

"Lived here on the 2nd floor above the Anytime Fitness for two years Dec 2014-April 2017. Terrible noise from all angles (heard snoring through the walls, stomping from apartments above), rude neighbors who sit in the hallways and blast music like it's a college dorm, and theft straight from my front door - somebody literally took a decorative fall wreath off my door, and my christmas cards that were delivered. Office is less than helpful, same with the security guard who blamed me for somebody stealing my stuff from my door instead of having items delivered to the leasing office across the street "Because it's just that time of year". The maintenance team is awesome; quick & efficient. Good luck if you have FedEx trying to deliver anything, they leave the stuff out on the front stoop after 7pm and never call you, so your stuff will be taken. It's a decent location if you want to be near downtown but not pay the total downtown price - the prices will increase each year, regardless of voicing/writing issues to the leasing office. 1br/1ba, 2 parking spaces & washer/dryer in unit 2015 - $995 for 2016 - $1075, 2017 - $1100. Easy walking distance to Walmart & Magazine Street, in the box for Mardi Gras parades. Not a fully secure building as other residents prop the key fob entry doors open for their friends to come in."

"Horrible complex. A.C units contantly broken. Maintenance does not fix anything right. My ac does not work. Microwave does not work. Ice maker does not work & theres barely any hot water in the house. Do not move here I just had to take my neice to the hospital because she could not breathe in the house. Maintenance or the office wont answer the phone."

"Great community to live in so far! Moving from out of state was stressful, however Yolanda made the move very smooth. She for sure went out of her way to make sure everything was completed and taken care of when I arrived!"
