"Apartments look great , great area ! The problem is the leasing office staff , the lasy was super rude ! Interrupted everything i said and spoke extremely rude to me while i was asking about leasing so just off my experience with her alone not even being a tenant i wouldn’t advise it , customer service is everything and i wouldn’t want to stay in a place where i feel i would havw to deal with rude people consistently ."

"These apartments are horrible from the incompetent staff to the property itself. They make them look very appealing to the eyes but once you move in the hidden things start to reveal themselves. I moved in October the bathroom walls had the previous people’s hair all in the walls still do. They have said numerous times that it will be redone and nothing has happened. The toilet wasn’t even caulked after the wear and tear from the previous tenants. They still won’t come and do that. For that last two weeks I’ve been calling in about my washer machine. It’s very faulty and take almost 24 hours to wash one load of clothes whether it’s a big load or one piece of clothing. Monique one of the staff in the office asked me did I attempt to unplug it. I’ve been calling to speak to Aisha she’s never no where to be found. They ask you to come get the light bulbs and change em yourself with no shame like maintenance is too busy but all they do is ride around on these carts and walk in and out of keys talking to different females and what not. Please don’t move here looks can be deceiving and that’s just what these apartments are. They definitely have potential but they don’t care about the condition of these apartments. My downstairs neighbor had been living in her apartment for more than 5 years recently moved and within a month and a half moved someone in without cleaning or replacing the carpet. They hire illegal Mexicans and other races to come in and clean these apartments taking the cheap route instead of a actual cleaning company. I repeat PLEASE DONT MOVE HERE! It’s not worth the headache!"

"Some of the workers are very nice and understanding but the lady who is property manager she don't care about anything or anybody... I've gone almost a year with no light bulbs and 2 broken toilets and a whole in my shower floor because they want to patch it up with white pud... instead of fix it correctly.. I'll upload pictures when I get home. I've stayed here 10 years and they won't touch up my house with fresh paint... After 10 years you would think that's part of keeping up maintenance.."

"We been here going on 5 yrs and what a downhill change indeed! Disrespectful children, theft, property damage, etc. Drain & Sewage system here are bad. The gated parking area fills with water after heavy rain. Sewage has backed in our home once before. They have cameras but you never can get a reply back about the footage, if any has been recorded. Property Management is horrible. All they do is lie and don't take into initiative their own responsibilities. Apartments are cheap, appliances are cheap, but rent is high for market rate. The children deface the property and nothing is done. Just don't stop here for living. You can do better else where."
